- Expert wrangler guidance throughout every ride
- Small groups for maximum individual attention
- Diverse terrain: high desert, canyons, alpine meadows and mountain lakes
Important: Physical Fitness
Riding at The Hideout takes place in hilly, sometimes challenging and steep terrain. Guests should be in good physical shape relative to their age. A strict 230-pound weight limit applies to all riders. Honest self-assessment of riding ability is essential for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
Horse Philosophy
Horses are not machines — they are very sensitive animals with different temperaments and personalities. Our 130-horse herd is carefully matched to each rider’s skill level, ensuring a safe and rewarding experience for all.
