Our Cattle Herd
The ranch keeps a small herd of cattle at The Hideout or Trapper Creek Ranch for guest instruction. During summer heat, the ranch shifts focus to mountain riding for the comfort of both guests and horses, with cattle work more prominent in spring and fall.
Who Can Participate?
Cattle work is most suitable for intermediate and advanced riders who have spent time in the saddle and are comfortable with their horse. Our wranglers will guide you through every step.
